About Us -
Mission:
We’re on a mission to make keeping pets at homes and out of shelters easier. As volunteers who work with rescue animals, we recognize the number of challenges pet owners face, so we're creating products that make pet ownership easier and keep our furry friends happy at home.
While we're not a rescue, we’re all about spreading the word on the importance of every animal having a loving home. Plus, we are committed to working with shelters and encouraging a community driven effort to make it easier to adopt, keep and love pets.
Our Story:
In 2022, we began fostering dogs and volunteering at Oakland Animal Services. We saw a big problem we just couldn't ignore - too many pets were being returned or surrendered to shelters because their families didn't have the resources or know-how to care for them.
We've had fosters with separation anxiety, reactivity, excessive barking, etc., so we understand the challenges. And now we're on a mission to make kits and pet goods that will keep dogs out of shelters and at their forever homes where they belong.
Our Logo:
Our logo holds a special meaning, reflecting three of the most commonly found breeds in shelters - Chihuahua, German shepherds, and Pitties (although there are unfortunately many other breeds seen at the shelters as well!). Each silhouette represents a story of resilience and hope, a reminder of the lives we're working to change. These breeds—and all the pets like them—are at the heart of why we do what we do: to keep pets with the families who love them and reduce the number of animals entering shelters. It's a symbol of our commitment to creating a world where every pet finds a home and every family has the support they need to thrive.
